When the Optum Store design team switched to working on Optum Now, I updated the Optum Store design system and handoff process.

Opportunities

Implement new Figma functionality (variables) to allow quick, system-wide, brand updates

Ethnography + CX Concepts for a New Segment

We conducted an ethnography across two U.S. markets to explore a new segment and develop targeted CX solutions.

Opportunities

Deepen understanding of a segment with growth potential

Identify solutions for immediate and long-term implementation

I created 16 participant snapshots, and co-edited a video of key themes

We presented 6 CX solutions that appealed to users and stakeholders

Our rich research artifacts helped other departments understand the segment better

The CX team began implementing 2 solutions immediately, and at least 2 others farther out

Creating Stimuli for Global EV Concept Research

I created digital stimuli and helped build the physical prototype for a concept electric vehicle (for research in 5 international markets).
